本论文依托于笔者2007年至2008年参与香港小童群益会与中山大学社工教研中心合办的“成长动力”青少年服务中心在广州开展了名为“抗逆小穗星”合作项目,项目旨在吸取香港成功经验,提高参与项目学生面对困境的抗逆能力。笔者作为一名实习社工于2007年11月至2008年7月经参与到“抗逆小穗星”项目中,开展了一系列小组工作,让参与学生通过体验的方式来提高其抗逆力。本研究以社会工作理论为视角,通过对参与项目的儿童进行焦点小组访谈并结合笔者参与观察的定性研究,探讨了小组后期中影响儿童的他观自我概念。研究问题有:同辈群体互动对于个体他观自我概念的影响。论文最后部分从小组工作内容设计、社会工作者的角色以及小组氛围三个方面对小组工作如何有效提升儿童自我概念提出了建议。
This dissertation relies on the cooperation of “Growth Motivation” Youth Service Center, co-organized by the Hong Kong Children’s Swine Foundation and Sun Yat-sen Social Work Research Center from 2007 to 2008 in Guangzhou, entitled “Spike Resistance Stars” The project aims to draw on the successful experience of Hong Kong and enhance the resilience of participating students in the face of difficulties. As an internship social worker, I participated in a series of small group work from November 2007 to July 2008 to participate in the project “anti-defensive spike Star”, so that participating students through experience to improve their resilience . From the perspective of social work theory, this study explored the self-concept of his concept of influence on children in the latter part of the group by conducting focus group interviews with children participating in the project and combining the author’s qualitative research with observation. The research questions are: the impact of peer group interaction on individual self concept of his concept. The last part of the dissertation proposes some suggestions on how to effectively improve the self-concept of children from three aspects: content design of group work, role of social worker and group atmosphere.
