提出用于实现卫星与相机连接解锁功能的包带式解锁支座,对支座解锁时的冲击环境进行分析与探讨。介绍解锁支座结构原理,对支座解锁时的结构响应进行测量及数据分析。采用有限元分析软件进行瞬态分析,对实验及计算数据进行冲击响应谱分析。实验、分析结果表明,解锁冲击主要由解锁支座应变能释放造成;适当减小包带预紧力能降低结构的冲击响应;有限元分析能较精确预示低频冲击环境。为此类解锁装置设计与冲击环境预分析提供参考。
Proposed for the realization of the satellite and camera connection unlock function package with the unlocking support, the impact of the environment when the support is unlocked for analysis and discussion. Introduce the principle of unlocking the support structure, measure and analyze the structure response when the support is unlocked. Finite element analysis software is used for transient analysis, and impact and response spectrum analysis is performed on experimental and calculated data. The experimental results show that the unblocking impact is mainly caused by the release of the strain energy of the unlocking support. Properly reducing the preload of the strap can reduce the impact response of the structure. The finite element analysis can predict the low frequency impact environment more accurately. This paper provides a reference for the design of such unlocking devices and the pre-analysis of impact environment.
