目的建立农村儿童溺水危险水域的评级指标体系。方法通过对水域的实地勘查建立危险水域的初级指标,采用Delphi法,根据各指标重要性得分均值筛选指标,并确定权重。结果通过15个专家三轮的咨询,得到7个一级指标,25个二级指标。三轮问卷回收率分别为100%,93.3%,100%;专家权威系数为0.79;一级指标、二级指标重要性、必要性的协调系数均大于0.5,分别为0.862,0.705,0.823,0.696(均有P<0.01);各指标变异系数的范围为0.00~0.20,小于0.25。结论本研究建立的农村儿童溺水危险水域评级指标体系结果稳定,具有可操作性。
Objective To establish a rating index system for rural children drowning dangerous waters. Methods Based on the field survey of water area, the primary indexes of dangerous waters were established, and the Delphi method was used to select the indexes according to the means of the importance scores of each index and determine the weights. Results Through three rounds of consultation by 15 experts, 7 first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators were obtained. The recovery rates of the three questionnaires were 100%, 93.3% and 100% respectively; the coefficient of experts’ authority was 0.79; the coordination coefficients of the importance and necessity of the first-level indicators and second-level indicators were both greater than 0.5, respectively 0.862,0.705,0.823,0.696 (All P <0.01). The coefficient of variation of each index ranged from 0.00 to 0.20 and less than 0.25. Conclusion The evaluation index system established in this study for rural children at risk of drowned water is stable and feasible.
