高职教育经过几十年的发展,已经取得了长足的进步。目前,高职学生由于受社会、家庭、学校、教师及自身等各方面因素的影响,存在学习倦怠、厌学的问题。提升高职学生的乐学指数,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,不仅有利于培养高素质的技能型人才,也是促进我国高职教育可持续发展的关键。
After decades of development, higher vocational education has made great strides. At present, due to the influence of various factors such as society, families, schools, teachers and themselves, vocational students have the problem of learning burnout and tired of studying. Ascending vocational school students’ music index and mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of students are not only conducive to cultivating high-quality skilled personnel, but also the key to promote the sustainable development of China’s vocational education.
