随着经济转型和社会环境的变化,企业传统的一般管理范式已不能适应新经济的要求。在此背景下,更看重价值创新和动态管理的创业管理范式应运而生。本文分析了创业管理与一般管理之间的关系,剖析了创业管理与一般管理的不同逻辑及成因,探析了一般管理与创业管理融合发展的必要性并提出了两者融合的主要途径。 With the economic restructuring and changes in social environment, the traditional general management paradigm of enterprises can not meet the requirements of the new economy. In this context, more emphasis on value innovation and dynamic management of entrepreneurial management paradigm came into being. This article analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial management and general management, analyzes the different logic and causes of entrepreneurial management and general management, probes into the necessity of the integration and development of general management and entrepreneurship management, and puts forward the main approaches for their integration.
