随着网络多媒体技术和信息技术的飞速发展,现代化教学要求教师具备一定的教育技术能力,并能很好地运用现代教育技术改变传统教学方法、教学手段,重新组织教学,优化教学过程,最终达到教育最优化,培养出创新型人才。不过,目前教师教育技术技能水平总体很弱,教学方法手段陈旧,现代教育观念意识薄弱,所以他们迫切需要进行教育技术能力培养的学习。为此,学校组织教师接受教育技术培训。然而,目前这种集中式的教育技术培训却出现了很多问题,导致培训质量不高,与预期效果也有一定的差距。导致出现这些问题的因素有很多,其中教学设计也是一个主要的影响因素。同时学习活动的设计是教学设计的核心内容,本文从活动理论的角度设计教师教育技术培训的学习活动,这能对教师教育技术培训有所指导,帮助教师更快更好地习得现代教育技术能力。
