形成性评价注重教和学过程多层次的分析和判断,解决了终结性评价中存在的评价概念狭小化,评价方式和主体的单一化等问题。它革新了评价观念,丰富了评价的内容,能够提供及时、真实的诊断性信息,有效地为教和学服务。但我们也要看到,终结性评价在甄别、选拔以及激励方面的作用目前仍无可替代。我们要完善终结性评价,重视对学生语言运用能力的测试,把形成性评价与终结性评价有机地结合起来,使他们更好地为教和学服务。
Formative evaluation pays attention to the multi-level analysis and judgment of the process of teaching and learning, and solves the problems of the narrow evaluation concept, the evaluation method and the main body of the evaluation in the terminal evaluation. It has revolutionized the concept of evaluation, enriched the content of evaluation, can provide timely and true diagnostic information, effective teaching and learning services. However, we also need to see that the role of final evaluation in screening, selection and motivation is still irreplaceable. We should improve the terminal evaluation, attach great importance to the students’ ability to use language tests, and combine the formative evaluation with the terminal evaluation so that they can better serve the teaching and learning.
