研究了苯乙酸(phenylaceticacid)对小麦花药培养一步成苗率的影响,结果表明,在培养基中附加2.5,5.0,7.5和10.0ml/l的苯乙酸,一步成苗率均高于对照,其中以附加5.0ml/l苯乙酸的一步成苗率最高(2.27%),为对照(1.26%)的1.8倍。高浓度的苯乙酸对绿苗分化不利,但它具有抑制白苗分化的作用。
The effects of phenylacetic acid on the one-step seedling rate of wheat anther culture were studied.
