本文研究了钢锭成分偏析对淬透性的影响。从一炉一百吨平炉冶炼的20CrMnTi钢中,在不同浇注次序的两根三吨钢锭的钢坯上,按对应于钢锭的头、中、尾部位上各切取一段,并按里、中、外位置编号,以当前通用的标准末端淬透性试验方法,测定了36个试样,获得了2592个数据,结果表明,钢锭的技晶偏析和区域偏析是使同一炉钢淬透性波动的直接原因。不同炉次之间的成分波动只是全部影响因素中的一部分。因此,对于控制窄淬透性带钢(H钢)生产,冶炼时成分微调工艺的实现仅是必要条件,只有当有效地减小凝周偏析的新工艺同时建立时,才能最终全面实现较大截面H钢的生产。
