目的探讨复合季铵盐消毒剂对感染预防控制的作用,为复合季铵盐在相关领域的应用提供参考。方法在ICU采用不同消毒方式,平行对多点位置进行空气采集,培养自然菌并分析其数量。结果常规消毒、空气净化器消毒、空气净化器结合紫外线循环风消毒机消毒结果分别为5.6、6.0、6.6,更换为复合季铵盐消毒剂后结果为0.8,结果达标;对病房内病床床旁桌、床尾桌、床档、监护仪及输液泵的固定部位表面消毒,长效复合季铵盐消毒后达标(<1),且发现物体表面的消毒效果可持续3周。结论在做好日常监测的同时,需做好通风过滤设施及消毒设备的定期检修,合理使用化学消毒剂;采用复合季铵盐在ICU物体表面有长效消毒效果,对病房空气消毒均达标。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant on the prevention and control of infection and provide reference for the application of quaternary ammonium salt in related fields. Methods ICU using different disinfection methods, parallel to the multi-point location for air acquisition, culture of natural bacteria and analyze the number. Results The results of routine disinfection, air purifier disinfection, air purifier combined with UV cycle wind disinfection machine disinfection results were 5.6,6.0,6.6, after the replacement of the compound quaternary ammonium disinfectant, the result was 0.8, the results of compliance; bedside bedside Table, bed end table, bed file, monitor and infusion pump fixed parts of the surface disinfection, long-term compound quaternary ammonium disinfection compliance (<1), and found that disinfection of the surface of the object for 3 weeks. Conclusions While doing routine monitoring, it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance of ventilation and filtration facilities and disinfection equipment and make rational use of chemical disinfectants. The use of compound quaternary ammonium salt has a long-term disinfection effect on the surface of ICU objects, and achieves the goal of disinfecting the air in the ward.
