一、二体式人字齿轮大功率液力传动变速箱中的输出齿轮都采用人字齿轮,以便提高齿轮传动的稳定性和轴承寿命,人字齿轮的结构形式,多数为三体式结构(见图1)。三体式结构的人字齿轮,轮芯与齿圈相比较,轮芯的材料可差一些,减少了优质合金钢的消耗,是其优点。但是,经验证明,三体式结构的人字齿轮,其工艺性很差,尤其是由于齿圈的刚度极差,热处理后变形很大,造成在冷加工中难以保证质量,产品的废品率较高。为此,我厂在设计东方红4型内燃机车时,以
