经过改革开放三十余年的发展,中国企业在发展的道路上不断前行,很多企业经历了快速发展、实力积累、转型升级的这样一个过程,从而进入资本市场,跃上崭新的台阶。但中国茶产业在此过程中相比其他行业,道路依然艰辛。茶农种植、商贾流通、民众消费仍然是中国茶行业的基本形态,然而这一传统的模式在一定程度上制约了茶产业的升级发展。茶业企业在自己的发展过程中,应该有效地利用金融工具支撑自身的发展。
After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have moved forward along the road of development. Many enterprises have undergone such a process of rapid development, strength accumulation and transformation and upgrading, so as to enter the capital market and reach a brand-new stage. However, the Chinese tea industry in this process compared to other industries, the road is still difficult. The cultivation of tea farmers, the circulation of merchants and the consumption of the general public are still the basic forms of China’s tea industry. However, this traditional mode has restricted the escalation and development of the tea industry to a certain extent. Tea enterprises in their own development process, we should effectively use financial instruments to support their own development.
