用裂隙灯显微镜计算机图像处理技术,测量35例55只眼早期瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼患者行Nd:YAG激光虹膜切开术前后的虹膜轮廓变化,发现术后的虹膜曲率半径(9.380±2.206mm)较术前(5.314±0.965mm)增大,其差异有显著性(P<0.01),以定量的方式表述激光术后相对性瞳孔阻滞作用缓解,前后房压力趋向于相等,虹膜轮廓变平坦;较Jin等所用的方法更简单。
The slit-lamp microscope computer image processing technique was used to measure the iris contour before and after Nd: YAG laser iridectomy in 55 eyes of 55 eyes with early pupillary block angle closure glaucoma. The iris curvature radius (9.380 ± 2.206mm) compared with preoperative (5.314 ± 0.965mm), the difference was significant (P <0.01), quantitatively expresses the relative pupillary block after laser surgery to alleviate the anterior and posterior chamber pressure tends to be equal, The iris outline is flattened; it is easier than the method used by Jin et al.
