发展中长跑运动员专项的关键在于如何因项、因人、因场地做好训练,根据中长跑的特点,展开心理辅导,进行强度、呼吸、等方法的指导,科学制定奔跑的速度、距离以及间歇时间。只有根据专项特征,在强化积极的基础上,逐步坚持不懈的训练,才能最大限度地挖掘运动员的潜力,提高专项成绩。
