主要针对偏高岭土(MK)与粉煤灰(FA)的综合利用,采用ASTM C1260快速砂浆棒法研究二者对碱骨料反应的影响,通过分别掺加不同比例的粉煤灰和偏高岭土代替水泥制成砂浆棒试件,测量不同龄期下砂浆棒的膨胀率,研究二者掺量与砂浆棒膨胀率之间的关系。结果表明:能明显抑制板岩骨料ASR反应并保证长期抑制效果的偏高岭土与粉煤灰的最低掺量分别为20%与25%,并且随着二者掺量的增加其抑制效果更为明显,同时结合膨胀规律预测模型研究其后期膨胀规律。试验结果表明:该类矿物废料能够高效的应用到实际建筑工程的混凝土碱-骨料反应的预防措施中。
Mainly aimed at the comprehensive utilization of metakaolin (MK) and fly ash (FA), the influence of the two on the alkali aggregate reaction was studied by ASTM C1260 rapid mortar rod method.
