用19只成年恒河猴经高脂、高胆固醇饮食饲养一年,成功地造成了猴动脉粥样硬化模型,造型结束随机抽杀4只作为对照,其余15只分别用低脂饮食和低脂饮食加橡胶种子油进行消退研究,从主动脉及肝、肾组织中脂质含量、主动脉内膜病变范围及病变厚度、冠状动脉病变分布频率和病变严重度以及主动脉根部电镜观察等多指标检测证实已经发生的粥样硬化病变发生了肯定的消退,橡胶种子油在一定程度上可能具有促进病变消退的作用。
A total of 19 adult rhesus monkeys were fed a high-fat and high-cholesterol diet for one year. The monkey atherosclerosis model was successfully created. At the end of the model, 4 monkeys were randomly selected as a control, and the remaining 15 rats were on a low-fat diet and low-fat diet, respectively. Food and rubber seed oils were used for regression studies, including lipid content, aortic endometrial lesions and lesion thickness, coronary artery lesion distribution frequency and lesion severity, and aortic root electron microscopy observations and other indicators from the aorta, liver, and kidney tissues. The test confirmed that the atherosclerotic lesions that had already occurred had definitely subsided, and rubber seed oil may, to a certain extent, have the effect of promoting the regression of lesions.
