部分经济欠发达地区由于经济发展水平较低、激励引导措施乏力、专项业务培训欠缺等多重因素,法院信息化队伍建设呈现出人员总量少、专业人才少、高学历人才少、工作面狭窄等问题,阻滞了法院信息化工作质效和智慧法院建设进度。今后应通过选任方式的科学化、组织结构设置的合理化、技术培训的全员化、激励引导的实效化等系统化措施,实现对信息化人才队伍建设的整体推进。
