本文用混合配筋预应力受拉试件来研究部分预应力结构拉区的疲劳特性。初步试验表明,拉区采用本文所示配筋形式的部分预应力结构,预应力钢筋的应力变化幅值限制在1500kgf/cm~2以内,可满足我国铁路桥梁活载200万次循环的抗拉疲劳要求。文中提出的预应力钢筋荷载—应力增量曲线,可用来估算预应力钢筋的应力变化幅值,从而在钢筋疲劳图上检算疲劳特性。
In this paper, the prestressed tensile mixed specimens with mixed reinforcement are used to study the fatigue characteristics of partially prestressed structure. Preliminary tests have shown that the partial tensioning of the prestressed structure in the tension zone is adopted in this zone. The stress amplitude of the prestressed steel bar is limited to 1500 kgf/cm~2, which can meet the tension of 2 million cycles of live railway bridges in China. Fatigue requirements. The load-stress increment curve of the prestressed steel bar proposed in this paper can be used to estimate the magnitude of the stress change of the prestressed steel bar, so as to check the fatigue characteristics on the fatigue figure of the steel bar.
