本文对皮内法再接种卡介苗的青年病人,应用近代免疫学试验(迟发型超敏反应),进行临床 X 线方面的观察。A 组18例曾再接种卡介苗,B 组18例未接种。结核病变局灶性:A 组2/3,B 组1/2。两组其余病例中显示出浸润型肺结核,其中处于溶解期者 B 组比 A 组高1倍。A 组病变更加局限,病变范围几乎平均不超过1～2cm。支气管镜检查有支气管改变(卡他性支气管内膜炎、畸形、疤痕)A 组占1/2,B 组
In this paper, intradermal reabsorption of BCG in young patients, the application of modern immunology test (delayed-type hypersensitivity), the clinical X-ray observation. A group of 18 cases had BCG vaccination again, B group 18 cases were not vaccinated. Focal tuberculosis lesions: A group 2/3, B group 1/2. Inflammatory pulmonary tuberculosis was shown in the remaining cases in both groups, with group B being twice as high as group A in the period of dissolution.
