文章采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)量表和自编中学生体育运动情况调查问卷,探究健美操课程对初中女生心理健康的影响,选取福建师范大学第二附属中学初一124名女生进行抽样调查,将学生随机分为实验组和对照组。结果发现,与对照组相比,实验组女生的心理健康水平显著提高,在学习焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、过敏倾向等因子项目上有显著的变化(p<0.05),提示健美操课程在中学开展可以对女生心理健康产生积极的影响。
The article uses the mental health diagnostic test (MHT) scale and self-compiled questionnaire of middle school students’ sports to explore the influence of aerobics course on the mental health of junior high school girls. A sample of 124 female students from the First Affiliated School of Fujian Normal University, The students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The results showed that compared with the control group, the experimental group of girls mental health was significantly increased in learning anxiety, loneliness, self-blame tendencies, allergic tendencies and other items on the significant changes (p <0.05), suggesting that aerobics courses Conducting in secondary schools can have a positive impact on girls’ mental health.
