研究了纤维排布方式和纤维含量对碳纤维—铜复合材料热导率的影响,结果表明,随纤维含量增加,复合材料的热导率下降;短纤维无序分布的复合材料的热导率大于纤维呈双向正交和涡巷状分布的复合材料的热导率。
The effects of fiber arrangement and fiber content on the thermal conductivity of carbon fiber-copper composites were studied. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the composites decreases with the increase of fiber content. The thermal conductivity of the composites with short fiber disordered distribution is greater than The thermal conductivity of the composites with bi-directional orthogonal and vortex-like distribution.
