Due to congenital absence of thymus, the nude mouse has achieved a high success rate of human cancer transplantation, and has preserved a series of characteristics such as the original structure and function of human cancer, and has grown steadily, thus becoming an ideal model for the study of human cancer. In 1973 and 1976, there were successive international conferences on the topic of nude mice. The 12th International Cancer Conference in 1978 was also listed as a topic of discussion. It was a new topic that attracted much attention in the 1970s cancer research. Early reports have been tried for the transplantation of various human malignancies, and different human cancers and different inoculated specimens have different success rates. In addition, spleenless mice were also used for the same purpose. This article from the perspective of clinical application, summarizes the characteristics, uses, rules and problems of human cancer transplantation in nude mice. First, the characteristics of mole cancer transplantation 1. High success rate of transplantation - in the past hope in animals
