目的了解HPV L1壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测在诊断子宫颈病变中的作用。方法回顾性的对在郑州大学第二附属医院妇科门诊2010年7月—2011年1月进行HPV L1壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测的403例患者进行总结和分析。结果在HPV L1壳蛋白及HPV分型检测均(-)时没有CIN的出现;在HPV L1壳蛋白(+)而HPV分型检测(-)组中CINⅠ有5例占0.052%;HPV L1壳蛋白及HPV分型检测均(+)组中CINⅠ3例、CINⅡ2例共占0.086;在HPV L1壳蛋白(-)而HPV分型检测(+)组CINⅠ59例Ⅱ37例、CINⅢ26例及SCC 1例,分别各占42.75%、26.81%、18.84%及0.007%。HPV L1壳蛋白(-)而HPV分型检测(+)组与前3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌筛查十分必要,HPV L1壳蛋白联合HPV分型检测在诊断宫颈癌前病变中具有重要的指导作用,HPV L1壳蛋白检测可以作为预测宫颈癌前病变进展的生物学标志物。。
Objective To understand the role of HPV L1 capsid protein and HPV genotyping in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods A total of 403 patients with HPV L1 capsid protein and HPV genotype were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed in the Gynecology Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2010 to January 2011. Results There was no CIN in the detection of HPV L1 capsid protein and HPV genotype (-). In HPV L1 capsid (+) and HPV genotyping (-) group, 5 cases accounted for 0.052% (+) CINⅠ3 cases and CINⅡ2 cases accounted for 0.086. In HPV L1 capsid (-) and HPV genotyping test (+) cases, CINⅠ59 cases Ⅱ37 cases, CINⅢ26 cases and SCC cases 1 case, Accounting for 42.75%, 26.81%, 18.84% and 0.007% respectively. HPV L1 capsid (-) and HPV genotyping (+) group compared with the previous 3 groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The screening of cervical cancer is very necessary. The detection of HPV L1 capsid protein and HPV typing plays an important role in the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions. The detection of HPV L1 capsid protein can be used as a biomarker to predict the progression of cervical precancerous lesions. .
