混凝土管承口成型质量对整管使用寿命及其管连接密封性有重要影响。为提高当前承口成型质量,指导承口振动成型制造工艺改进,在承口成型工艺实现过程分析基础上,建立了立式径向挤压制管机承口振动系统总体模型;并根据承口几何特征变化,研究了承口处水泥质量连续变化规律,进而得到了承口振动成型系统的确定数学模型,此外,还仿真分析了不同成型速度、不同直径下承口振动过程中系统的振动频谱特性及固有频率的演变过程。结果表明,随成型过程中承口质量增加,系统振动固有频率减小,系统阻尼系数增大,需要提供更大的振动激励频率。
The quality of concrete pipe socket forming has a significant impact on the service life of the entire pipe and the tightness of its pipe connections.
