医院的综合管理正向以科技、人才为核心的综合实力的态势演进,人的要素正成为医院综合管理的第一要素。目前在人力管理方面存在着人员配置不合理,人员结构不理想,考核体系不完善,奖惩不挂钩等问题。这就需要探讨如何优化人力资源配置,实现人才与知识的整合,推进考评体系与激励机制结合。医院应加快提高管理水平,降低管理和服务成本,积极探索一套适应新形势下医院发展的新路子。
The comprehensive management of the hospital is moving towards the overall strength of technology and personnel as the core of the evolution of the human element is becoming the first element of integrated hospital management. At present, there are manpower management problems such as irrational staffing, unsatisfactory staff structure, an incomplete evaluation system and rewards and punishments. This needs to explore how to optimize the allocation of human resources, to achieve the integration of talent and knowledge, and promote the combination of evaluation system and incentive mechanism. The hospital should speed up the management level and reduce the management and service costs, and actively explore a set of new ways to adapt to the hospital development in the new situation.
