目的初步探讨除草剂阿特拉津(ATZ)对雄性Balb/c小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 SPF级雄性Balb/c小鼠100只,随机分为5组,每组20只,设置阴性对照组,低、中、高剂量组(43.75、87.5和175 mg/kg)和阳性对照组(环磷酰胺40 mg/kg)。灌胃染毒28 d后,通过测定小鼠脾脏和胸腺的脏器系数、T淋巴细胞转化能力、迟发型变态反应和血清溶血素凝集程度来评价ATZ对免疫功能的影响。结果 ATZ各剂量组的胸腺脏器系数和T淋巴细胞转化能力均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),高剂量ATZ组迟发型变态反应和血清溶血素凝集程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿特拉津对小鼠免疫系统功能有一定的毒性损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of herbicide atrazine (ATZ) on immune function in male Balb / c mice. Methods One hundred SPF male Balb / c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 20 rats in each group. Negative, middle and high dose groups (43.75, 87.5 and 175 mg / kg) and positive control group Cyclophosphamide 40 mg / kg). After 28 days of intragastric administration, the effects of ATZ on immune function were evaluated by measuring the organ coefficient of spleen and thymus, the ability of T lymphocyte transformation, delayed-type allergic reaction and the hemolysin agglutination degree. Results The thymus organ coefficient and T lymphocyte transformation ability in ATZ groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). The delayed allergic reaction and serum hemolysin level in high dose ATZ group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Atrazine has some toxic effects on the immune system in mice.
