对含钒微合金化钢连铸坯的高温塑性及变形试样中钒的碳、氮化物析出量进行了研究。研究结果表明,钒的碳、氮化物析出比在900~825 ℃之间最高,825 ℃时钒的碳、氮化物析出速率最大,在800~700 ℃之间,变形试样中仍有10 % ~17 % 钒的碳、氮化物析出。钒对钢在第Ⅲ脆性温度区的塑性有较大的影响,含钒高的钢铸坯试样脆化程度严重,且脆化向低温方向延伸。
The precipitation of vanadium carbon and nitride in high temperature plasticity and deformation specimens of vanadium microalloyed steel continuous casting billet was studied. The results show that the precipitation ratio of vanadium is the highest between 900 and 825 ℃, and the precipitation rate of vanadium is the highest at 825 ℃. The precipitation rate of vanadium is still between 10% and 10% ~ 17% Vanadium carbonitride precipitation. Vanadium has a greater influence on the plasticity of steel in the third brittle temperature zone. The specimen of steel slab containing vanadium is more embrittled and embrittled to the lower temperature.
