目的 :指导被霍乱弧菌污染水体的现场消毒。方法 :采用霍乱弧菌模拟污染医院污水和河水 ,用含氯消毒剂消毒处理。结果 :医院污水中 El- tor弧菌杀灭最佳消毒浓度为有效氯 10 0 m g/ L ,作用时间 1小时 ;河水中 El- tor弧菌杀灭最佳消毒浓度为有效氯 2 0 m g/ L ,作用时间 1小时。结论 :提示在扑疫现场消毒工作中 ,选择含氯消毒剂的灭菌浓度和作用时间时 ,应注意水体污染程度和有机物含量
Objective: To guide the disinfection of the water body contaminated by Vibrio cholerae. Methods: Vibrio cholerae was used to simulate polluted hospital sewage and river water, disinfected with chlorine disinfectant. Results: The optimal disinfection concentration of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in hospital sewage was 10 0 mg / L of effective chlorine and 1 hour of action time. The optimal disinfection concentration of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in river water was 20 mg / L, the role of time 1 hour. Conclusions: It is suggested that in the disinfection work at the scene of epidemic disease, when selecting the sterilization concentration and the action time of chlorine-containing disinfectant, we should pay attention to the degree of water pollution and the content of organic matter
