吡柔比星（THP）是新一代蒽环类抗肿瘤抗生素，其药理作用为迅速进入肿瘤细胞，阻止肿瘤细胞DNA的合成。1996年1月至2000年6月应用深圳万乐药业公司生产的THP为主的联合化疗方案，经动脉插管化疗治疗不能手术切除的肝癌96例，取得满意的疗效，现总结如下。1 材料与方法96例患者 Thiopyrubicin (THP) is a new generation of anthracycline antitumor antibiotics.
