对中医复方新药研制的思路以及有关技术问题进行讨论。认为中医复方疗效建立在组成复方药味及其化学组分间复杂的配伍重组关系上，而目前中医复方研制依循的是天然植物药化研究模式，在思路及方法上有很大缺陷。复方制剂的研制应将重点放在对复方整体效用以及与效用密切相关的化学组分的研究上。成功的复方新药研制涉及到选题、方案选择、技术配置等多方面，其中配合药效和药化研究的复方提取是提高新药研制水平以及制剂质量的重要环节。
The development of traditional Chinese medicine compound drug ideas and related technical issues are discussed. It is believed that the curative effect of TCM compound formula is based on the complex compatibility and recombination relationship between the compound taste and its chemical components. At present, TCM compound formulae follow the research mode of natural plant medicine, which has great flaws in thinking and methods. The preparation of compound preparations should focus on the study of the overall effectiveness of the compound and the chemical components that are closely related to its effectiveness. The successful development of new compound drugs involves topics such as selection of topics, program selection, and technical configuration. Among them, compound extraction with drug efficacy and drug research is an important step in improving the development level of new drugs and the quality of preparations.
