本文改变了当前经典的残数法求动力学参数所使用的近似式,把原来只能用消除相数据估计消除速率常数k或β、吸收相数据估计吸收速率常数ka及分布相数据估计分布速率常数α,变成用任何五个等间隔数据就能估计全部参数,所得结果比残数法更准确。本法还取消了残数法要求消除速率常数比吸收或分布速率常数小得多的限制。
In this paper, we change the approximate formula used by the current classical method of residue to find the kinetic parameters. We can only estimate the distribution rate by using the eliminated phase data to estimate the elimination rate constant k or β, the absorption phase data to estimate the absorption rate constant ka and the distribution phase data The constant α, which becomes an estimate of all parameters with any five equally spaced data, is more accurate than the residual method. The Law also removes the limitation of the residual method requiring elimination of much lower rate constants than absorption or distribution rate constants.
