文章以110个研发团队领导为调研样本,探讨了领导政治技能通过信任的中介作用对团队领导跨界行为的影响机理。研究结果表明,领导政治技能对团队领导的使节行为、协调行为和侦测行为存在正向作用;认知信任在领导政治技能与团队领导的使节行为、协调行为之间发挥部分中介作用;情感信任在领导政治技能与团队领导的使节行为之间发挥部分中介作用,而在领导政治技能与团队领导的协调行为之间发挥完全中介作用。
Based on a sample of 110 R & D team leaders, the article explores the impact of leadership skills on the team leader’s cross-border behavior through the intermediary of trust. The results show that the leadership political skills have a positive effect on the team leader’s envoy behavior, coordination behavior and detection behavior. Cognitive trust plays an intermediary role in leading political skills and team leader’s envoy behavior and coordination behavior. Partially mediated between leading political skills and the team-led envoys, and playing a complete mediating role in leading political skills and team-led coordination.
