针对综采工作面煤尘质量浓度大、降尘效果不佳的问题,提出利用尘源跟踪自动洒水喷雾降尘系统来进行采面降尘的设计方案。介绍了ZSCY-127型尘源跟踪自动洒水喷雾降尘装置的工作原理,并在梨园矿宁庄井二1-21130综采工作面进行了试验研究。结果表明,运用该降尘装置大幅度降低了工作面的煤尘质量浓度,达到了预期降尘目的,有效地改善了工作面的作业环境。
In view of the problem of large coal dust concentration and poor dust reduction effect in the fully mechanized coal mining face, the design scheme of using the dust source tracking automatic sprinkler spray dust reduction system to reduce the dust on the mining face is proposed. The working principle of ZSCY-127 dust source tracking automatic sprinkler spray dust reducing device is introduced and the experimental research is carried out at 1-21130 fully mechanized mining face of Ningzhuang Well II, Liyuan Coal Mine. The results show that the use of the dust reduction device greatly reduces the concentration of coal dust on the working face to achieve the purpose of dust reduction and effectively improves the working environment of the working face.
