近年已有不少实验及临床资料说明高温并用放射是一种颇有希望的新的综合疗法,二者并用比单独使用任何一种疗法的效果之和还要优越得多。近六年内已开过三次国际热疗会议,现将动态概括介绍如下: 一、高温并用放疗的治癌原理:1866年Busch1884年Bruns即曾分别报导面部肉瘤及黑色素瘤患者于患丹毒导致高热后,瘤竟然全消,后者并获长期生存达八年以上。至1918年已有72例于高烧或局部加温致使癌瘤全消的报导。高温灭癌原理可归纳如下: 1.高温有破坏癌细胞作用:大量实验证明高温能杀灭癌细胞,大部分学者认为需42℃或43℃才能杀死癌细胞,且癌比正常细胞的敏感性高。癌细胞的损伤与加温的程度及作用时间成正比,但不同细胞株与不同动物的肿瘤对热的敏感性有差异,
