目的探讨四妙勇安汤配伍变化对其甘草酸提取率的影响。方法将四妙勇安汤拆方后,采用RP-HPLC方法,SunFireTMC18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长250 nm,柱温35℃,分析甘草酸含量并计算其提取率。结果测定原方及拆方后共8组样品中甘草酸的含量并计算相应提取率,甘草酸回归方程为Y=793 318X-1 161.3,线性范围为0.036 24~0.253 7μg(r=0.999 6,n=7),平均回收率(n=6)为101.10%(RSD=2.88%)。结论与单味药甘草比较,甘草与四妙勇安汤其余3味药金银花、玄参、当归中之任意1味药、2味药或3味药配伍,均明显降低甘草酸的提取率,且降幅超过50%,最大可达74.12%。该变化可能与不同拆方样品提取过程中水提液pH值不同有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of compatibility of Simiao Yongan Decoction on the extraction rate of glycyrrhizin. This change may be related to the different pH values of aqueous extracts during the extraction of different samples.
