宋代是一个中国历史上少有的重视法制建设的朝代。为了适应司法检验的实际需要,宋代统治者运用编敕的立法形式,在继承前朝立法成果的基础上,对检验制度进行了许多补充和创新。宋代检验制度的特点有二:一是检验的规则完备、系统,实现了制度化、法律化;二是重视程序的价值和功能,设定了严密的程序约束检验官吏权力的行使。 The Song Dynasty was one of the few dynasties in the history of China that attached importance to the construction of the legal system. In order to meet the actual needs of judicial examination, the rulers of Song Dynasty made use of compilation of the legislative form of editing and made many additions and innovations in the inspection system on the basis of inheriting the previous legislative achievements. There are two characteristics of the inspection system in the Song Dynasty. First, the rules of inspection are complete, systematic, and institutionalized and legalized. The second is to attach importance to the value and function of the procedure and set strict procedural constraints to test the exercise of the power of officials.
