案例描述:2015年9月份以来,我部月考核得了第三次三等奖,和上学期一等奖不可同日而语。学生各方面的表现退步非常大,学校的行政扣分和保安扣分高居不下:课堂教学检查情况不容乐观,教室、寝室7S也是一团糟糕。面对这一现象,作为德育主任,很是着急!所以专门召开了班主任座谈会,讨论对于现在专业部考核差的原因及应对策略,同时也进行了学生座谈会,畅谈现在学生中存在的不良行为习惯、形象违纪情况以及违纪原因等。
