目的探讨MR在对中枢神经系统表皮样囊肿内部成分分析中的作用。方法回顾性分析22例经手术病理证实的中枢神经系统表皮样囊肿的MR表现某些方面以及与其内容物成分的关系。结果中枢神经系统表皮样囊肿在MRI检查中,大部分T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,本组患者为14例;少部分表皮样囊肿T1WI及T2WI均呈等或高信号,本组患者为2例;另有一部分病灶T1WI、T2WI均呈低信号,本组患者为5例;极少数表皮样囊肿T1WI、T2WI均呈低、等、高混合信号,本组患者为1例。其病理成分与MR信号改变呈对应关系。结论MR对中枢神经系统表皮样囊肿病理成分的分析有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the role of MR in the internal component analysis of epidermoid cysts in the central nervous system. Methods Retrospective analysis of 22 cases of surgically and pathologically confirmed central nervous system epidermoid cyst in some aspects of MR performance and its content of the composition. Results In the MRI examination of epidermoid cysts of the central nervous system, most of the T1WI showed low signal and T2WI showed high signal, the group of patients was 14 cases. The T1WI and T2WI of some epidermoid cysts showed equal or high signal. The patients in this group were 2 cases. In addition, some of the lesions showed low signal on T1WI and T2WI. There were 5 cases in this group. A very small number of epidermoid cysts T1WI and T2WI showed low, equal and high mixed signals. The pathological components and MR signal changes in the corresponding relationship. Conclusion MR is of great value in the analysis of the pathological components of epidermoid cysts in the central nervous system.
