目的借助于科学的研究方法,来构建出一个社区护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法运用文献回顾以及本结构访谈的方式来拟定社区护士核心能力评价指标的框架,然后在此基础上对所选取的21例专家进行两轮函询,然后在此基础上进行社区护士核心能力的评价体系构建。结果本研究所构建的社区护士核心能力评价体系包含社区护理实践能力、评判性思维能力、管理能力、专业发展能力、沟通能力以及法律伦理能力等六个一级指标,并将其细分为22个二级指标以及59个三级指标。结论本研究所构建的社区护士核心能力评价指标有着较高的可靠性和实用性,并且能够为社会护士的日常工作进行可量化的有效评价。
Objective By means of scientific research methods, we construct a system of evaluation index system of core competence of community nurses. Methods Using the literature review and the interview of this structure to draw up the framework of evaluation index of core competence of community nurses, and then based on this two selected 21 cases of experts were asked two rounds, and then based on the core competence of community nurses Evaluation system construction. Results The evaluation system of core competence of community nurses constructed in this study included six first-level indicators of community nursing practice ability, critical thinking ability, management ability, professional development ability, communication ability and legal ethics ability, and divided it into 22 A second level indicator and 59 third level indicator. Conclusion The evaluation index of core competence of community nurses constructed in this study has high reliability and practicability, and can make a quantitative and effective evaluation for the daily work of social nurses.
