本文测定哮喘患儿外周血中性粒细胞(PMN)受多肽FMLP刺激后呼吸爆发释放超氧阴离子(O_2)能力的变化,结果表明,发作期哮喘患儿PMN-O_2释放量明显高于对照组健康儿童(P<0.01);稳定期哮喘患儿PMN-O_2释放量明显低于发作期患儿(P<0.01),但仍高于对照组健康儿童(P<0.05);内、外源型哮喘患儿PMN-O_2释放量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示哮喘患儿PMN呼吸爆发功能亢进,其活化及介入的气道炎症是一非特异性炎症过程。
In this paper, we measured the changes of PMN releasing ability of superoxide anion (O_2) released from respiratory burst stimulated by FMLP in asthmatic children. The results showed that the release of PMN-O_2 in children with asthma was significantly higher than that in control group Healthy children (P <0.01). The PMN-O 2 release in stable asthmatic children was significantly lower than that in attack children (P <0.01), but still higher than that in healthy children (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in PMN-O 2 release between exogenous and asthmatic children (P> 0.05). Prompted PMN respiratory outbreaks of hyperactivity in children with asthma, activation and intervention of airway inflammation is a nonspecific inflammatory process.
