在2 000t/d生产线实现了高镁微膨胀中热硅酸盐水泥的工业化制备。制备过程工艺控制参数多,熟料煅烧时窑况的变化、矿物组成含量的差别将影响整个熟料的早、后期强度等性能;制备的高镁微膨胀中热硅酸盐水泥的凝结时间、胶砂强度、水化热等性能指标均能满足GB200—2003的要求;后期能产生一定的膨胀,可有效补偿大坝混凝土后期温降收缩;当Mg O含量≤7.03%时,工业化制备的高镁微膨胀中热硅酸盐水泥压蒸安定性合格,而过高的Mg O含量容易产生过大的膨胀性,对水泥的安定性产生不良影响。
