小学阶段是学生步入校园,开始完整系统地学习文化知识的基础阶段,也是小学生的世界观、人生观形成的重要阶段。随着新课程改革的实施,在小学阶段的教学中更加注重教学效率和小学生自身综合素质的提高,但是在实际的小学教学实践中仍然存在一些问题,所以要从少教多学这个方面进行教学改革。从转变传统的教学观念、完善教学计划、构建和谐的师生关系、丰富教学方法、培养学习习惯等几个方面来研究小学教学中“少教多学”教学改革的策略。
The primary stage is the basic stage for students to step into the campus and begin to study the cultural knowledge in a complete and systematic manner. It is also an important stage in forming the world view and outlook on life for the pupils. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, more attention is paid to the teaching efficiency and the improvement of the overall quality of primary school students in the teaching of primary school. However, there are still some problems in the practice of primary school teaching. Therefore, teaching from the aspect of teaching less and learning more reform. From the aspects of changing traditional teaching concepts, perfecting teaching plans, building harmonious relationship between teachers and students, enriching teaching methods and cultivating study habits, this paper studies the strategies of teaching less in teaching and learning more in primary education.
