绩效管理是一个有多个环节构成持续性过程。不同的学者提出了不同的绩效管理过程模型。本文对这些模型进行了回顾和比较,分析了各种模型之间存在的共性和主要差异。本文有助于深化对绩效管理系统本身的认识,对绩效管理研究和教学具有一定的参考意义。
Performance management is a continuous process with multiple links. Different scholars have proposed different performance management process models. This paper reviews and compares these models and analyzes the commonalities and major differences among the various models. This article helps deepen the understanding of the performance management system itself and has certain reference value to the performance management research and teaching.
