目的利用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)探讨不同HbA_1c水平T2DM患者的血糖特点。方法将178例T2DM患者按HbA_1c水平分为3个组,通过CGMS进行血糖监测。结果各组HbA_1c与全天平均血糖值(24hMBG)均有相关性(P<0.05),与平均血糖漂移幅度(MAGE)无相关性。HbA_1c≤7.5%时,餐后血糖与之相关性较好(P<0.05)。HbA_1c>7.5%时,与三餐前血糖相关性较好(P<0.05)。结论 HbA_1c代表血糖的整体水平,但不能反映血糖的稳定性,而CGMS可反映血糖的波动规律。HbA_1c和CGMS联合应用更加有利于血糖的综合管理。
Objective To investigate the glycemic characteristics of T2DM patients with different HbA_1c levels by using dynamic blood glucose monitoring system (CGMS). Methods A total of 178 T2DM patients were divided into three groups according to the HbA_1c level. Blood glucose was monitored by CGMS. Results HbA 1c in all groups had a significant correlation with mean daily blood glucose (24hMBG) (P <0.05), but not with mean plasma glucose (MAGE). HbA_1c≤7.5%, postprandial blood glucose correlated well (P <0.05). HbA_1c> 7.5% had a good correlation with premeal glycemia (P <0.05). Conclusion HbA_1c represents the overall level of blood glucose, but does not reflect the stability of blood glucose, while CGMS can reflect the fluctuation of blood glucose. HbA_1c combined with CGMS more conducive to the integrated management of blood glucose.
