时代呼唤工匠精神,作为培养大国工匠的高职院校,面临专业精神缺乏理性支持、职业态度缺乏情感认同、人文素养缺乏价值追求等诸多新的挑战。在经济新常态下,高职院校要重塑和培育工匠精神,需用“供给侧思维”引领实施“四融入”工程,创新现代学徒制,将“三业文化”融入校园文化积淀,让工匠精神在高职教育中生根、开花、结果,进而提升原始创新能力,让发展后劲持续有力。
The era calls for the spirit of artisans, as vocational colleges to train artisans of great powers, facing the lack of rational support of professionalism, the lack of emotional recognition of professional attitude, the lack of humane attainments, the pursuit of value, and many other new challenges. Under the new economic normal, higher vocational colleges need to reshape and cultivate the spirit of artisans.
