目的探讨寒冷干燥环境下肢体枪伤骨折后组织病理形态学变化,为临床救治提供理论依据。方法将30只羊分成常温和低温组,一侧后肢胫骨枪击致骨折,于伤后6、12、和24h分别行大体和光镜观察。结果所有肢体伤道均为贯通伤,胫骨均为粉碎性骨折。光镜下两组挫伤区和震荡区均表现为明显的组织水肿、出血、蜡样变性、点片状坏死和大量炎细胞浸润,并随伤后时间的推移呈进行性加重,两组相比,低温组轻于常温组。结论肢体枪伤骨折后组织病理形态学改变较肢体单纯软组织枪伤明显,寒冷干燥环境下肢体枪伤骨折后的组织病理形态学改变轻于常温条件下的枪伤。
Objective To investigate the histopathological changes of limb gunshot wounds in cold and dry environment and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods Thirty sheep were divided into two groups: normal temperature and low temperature group. One side of the hindlimb was injured by tibia shooting, and the rats were observed at 6, 12, and 24 hours after injury respectively. Results All limb injuries were penetrating injuries, tibia were comminuted fractures. Under the light microscope, the contusion area and the concussion area showed obvious tissue edema, hemorrhage, waxy degeneration, spotted necrosis and a large number of infiltration of inflammatory cells, which progressed with the passage of time. Compared with the two groups, , Low temperature group lighter than normal temperature group. Conclusion The histopathological changes of limb gunshot wounds were more obvious than those of pure soft tissue gunshot wounds in limbs. The histopathological changes of limb gunshot wounds in cold and dry conditions were lighter than those of gunshot wounds at room temperature.
