用SRV摩擦磨损试验机考察了纳米SiC/SiO2复合体系的高温抗磨减摩性能。结果表明,在连续加载高温试验中,SiC/SiO2复合体系在较低负荷下摩擦系数改善不明显,但当SiC/SiO2之比为0.5时能明显改善基础油在高温高负荷条件下的减摩性能。在50N恒定载荷,温度为200和400℃时,SiC/SiO2复合体系对基础油的高温减摩抗磨性能都有不同程度的提高,其中当SiC/SiO2之比为0.1时最为明显,其抗磨性能分别提高了90%和76%。
The anti-wear and antifriction properties of nano-SiC / SiO2 composite system were investigated by SRV friction and wear tester. The results show that the friction coefficient of SiC / SiO2 composite system at low load is not obvious at continuous high temperature loading test. However, when the ratio of SiC / SiO2 is 0.5, the friction coefficient of base oil can be significantly reduced under high temperature and high load performance. At constant load of 50N and temperature of 200 and 400 ℃, the tribological properties of SiC / SiO2 composites were all improved to different degrees at high temperature, especially when the ratio of SiC / SiO2 was 0.1. Grinding performance increased by 90% and 76%.
