人文情怀是一名优秀医护生必备的素质。笔者在教学中积极发掘人文精神培养的触发点,密切联系医护生实际,在语文课堂上渗透人文精神教育。教学中以教材为基础和依托,聚焦教材中爱的教育因素、美的教育因素、责任心的教育因素和奉献精神的教育因素,对医护生加以重点引导和培养,促进其作为优秀医护生核心品质和能力的习得。
