小胶质细胞(MI)参与了中枢神经系统退变性疾病的病变过程。激活的MI普遍存在于中枢系统退变性疾病过程中,发病率最高的阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病的发生都与MI 的激活有关,激活的MI可形成活性氧中间代谢产物、一氧化氮、促炎因子等细胞毒性物质。本文综述MI在中枢神经系统退变性疾病中的神经破坏作用。
Microglia (MI) is involved in the degenerative diseases of the central nervous system. Activated MI is prevalent in degenerative diseases of central nervous system. The most frequently occurring Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease are associated with the activation of MI. The activated MI can form reactive oxygen intermediary metabolites, nitric oxide , Pro-inflammatory cytokines and other cytotoxic substances. This article reviews the neurotoxic effects of MI on degenerative diseases of the central nervous system.
