随着我国社会主义建设事业的不断发展,在工业、农业、国防建设和人民生活各个方面都需要大量木材。但是,我国森林资源并不丰富,怎样才能解决这个问题呢?除了逐步扩大森林资源外,应该最大限度地节约木材,推广使用木柠代用品,这是解决木材问题的最有效、最现实、最经济的办法之一。我部全年用在基本建设系统方面的木材约需四十万立方米,矿山支护方面所用的木材约为基建系统全年木材需用量的十分之一,这是一个相当可观的数字。那末,在金属矿山支护方面又怎样来节约木材呢? 本刊本期发表的三篇文章说明了在金属矿山巷道中采用混凝土和钢筋混凝土支护不仅能在一般巷道地质条件下能保证安全,可以节约大量木材,特别是装配式钢筋混凝土支架还能立即承压重复使用,这是当前在金属矿山巷道中节约木材的一个好办法。在单轨巷道中使用装配式钢筋混凝土支架比较普遍;在双轨巷道中常因构件自重大。不便于运输安装,而且劳动强度大,使用得还不很普遍。现在建筑研究院和第八冶金建设公司研究成功了一种五铰拱形的装配式钢筋混凝土支架,最大构件重量可减少百分之四十至五十。既便于运输和安装,也利于减轻劳动强度,为装配式钢筋混凝土支架在双轨巷道中的应用开辟了新的途径,值得推广应用。节约木材是我们长远的既定方针,希望各单位都要本着勤俭建国,勤俭办一切事业的精神,认真推广装配式钢筋混凝土支架,把每一立方米木材坚决地节省下来,把木材用到社会主义建设最迫切需要的地方去。

It is not easy to transport and install, and it is labor-intensive and not widely used. Now the Building Research Institute and No. 8 Metallurgical Construction Company have successfully developed a five-joint, arched, fabricated reinforced concrete support, which can reduce the maximum component weight by 40 to 50 percent. It not only facilitates transportation and installation, but also helps reduce labor intensity. It opens up new ways for the application of prefabricated reinforced concrete supports in dual-aisle tunnels, and is worthy of popularization and application. Saving wood is our long-established policy. We hope that all units must diligently establish the country and diligently do everything in their spirit.
